Council leaders get ready to celebrate Mardi Gras in June during the 2010 NCRA Leadership Conference. The conference will be June 22-June 24 at the Best Western Blue Ridge Plaza in Boone, North Carolina.  Registration begins at 1:00 on June 22 and the conference will begin at 2:00.  Highlights include Council, Web-site, Young Author, 2011 Conference, Honor Council, and Job-Alike and Legislative information.  Scholastic will be on hand to offer council program ideas. NCRA sponsors two representatives from each council.  Others may attend at the cost of the individual councils.  Door prizes, activities and collaboration will be enhanced with our theme.   Program details will be forthcoming.
