At the Delegates Assembly in March, local councils were recognized for their anniversaries amd the contributions of their councils.  Five years: Western Mountain Council; Fifteen years: Nash-Rocky Mount and Rockingham County Council; Thirty-five years: Harnett Council; Forty-five years: Raleigh-Wake Council.  Additionally, North Carolina Reading Association was recognized for 40 years.  Congratulations to these milestone councils.
