Executive Committee:  president, president-elect, vice president, recording secretary, state coordinator, treasurer, past president, plus the executive assistant (without vote)

Board of Directors: Voting members are immediate past president, president, president-elect, vice president, treasurer, recording secretary, state coordinator, and area directors.  Chairmen of the committees are non-voting members of the Board of Directors.  Executive assistant attends meetings of Board.

Delegates Assembly:  Meets at the annual conference.  Voting members are the Board of Directors and the certified delegates from each local council. Number of council delegates is based on membership by December; state coordinator certifies the number to attend and local council submits list.  Meeting is open to all NCRA members.
